Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email address, phone number, organisation name and role, provided when you register or are invited by your organisation.

Business and verification information: company registration details, GST, PAN, Udyam and similar identifiers, certifications, bank details and supporting documents that vendors and institutions submit for onboarding and empanelment.

Transaction information: requirements, tenders, bids, agreements, work orders, invoices, settlements and related correspondence created while using the platform.

Usage information: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and actions taken, used for security, audit and product improvement.

To operate the procurement workflow — publishing requirements, running reverse-bidding events, awarding work, generating agreements, invoices and settlement records.

To verify vendors and institutions, maintain the empanelment programme, and keep an auditable trail of decisions made on the platform.

To send transactional communications such as invitations, tender notices, award outcomes, bid receipts and payment alerts, and service announcements.

To secure the platform, prevent misuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Information is shared only where the workflow requires it. Buyers see vendor profiles and bid content for the tenders they run; vendors see tender and bid information scoped to their own participation. Platform administrators access records to operate, support and audit the service.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers that host or operate parts of the platform process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Information may be disclosed where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a competent authority.

Procurement records, agreements and financial documents are retained for the period needed for audit, statutory and contractual purposes. Each organisation can configure its own retention preferences for operational data from the Data & Privacy settings in the platform, and export its tenders, agreements, invoices and settlements.

Access to the platform is authenticated, permissions are role-based and scoped per organisation, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

You can review and update your profile information in the platform. Organisation administrators manage team membership and roles. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us; some records must be retained where the law or an active contract requires it.
