Terms of Use

The Bhaarath Depot provides a digital procurement hub — reverse bidding, tendering, vendor empanelment, agreements, work orders, invoicing and settlement tracking — and a curated MSME marketplace that is launching in phases. The platform connects buyers and suppliers; contracts formed through it are between the participating buyer and vendor organisations.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. Organisation administrators are responsible for the members they invite, the roles they assign, and the actions taken under their organisation's account.

New members may require approval before accessing an organisation's workspace. We may suspend access where accounts are misused or information is found to be false.

Tender rules — eligibility, submission windows, live-round timing, anti-snipe extensions, ranking method and tie-breaks — are defined per tender by the buying institution and are binding on participants. A bid submitted before the submission close is a binding offer; withdrawal is permitted only until the submission close unless the tender states otherwise.

An award becomes a contract only when the agreement and work order generated through the platform are accepted by both parties. The platform's records — bid receipts, ranking snapshots, acceptance logs — serve as the audit trail for the transaction.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, certifications, catalogue and compliance documents, and for keeping them current. Verification or empanelment on the platform reflects checks performed at a point in time and does not guarantee a vendor's performance; buyers make their own award decisions.

Invoices and settlements are raised and tracked on the platform per the agreed work order and goods-receipt confirmation. Payment obligations rest with the buyer organisation under the contract terms; the platform provides the workflow, records and reminders, and any platform fees are communicated before they apply.

You must not misuse the platform: no fraudulent bids or documents, no collusion or bid-rigging, no scraping or unauthorised access, no uploading of unlawful content, and no interference with other users or with the platform's operation.

The platform, its design, branding and software belong to The Bhaarath Depot. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to store, display and process it to operate the service.

The platform is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, The Bhaarath Depot is not liable for indirect losses, or for disputes, delays, quality issues or payment failures between buyers and vendors, which remain matters between those parties under their contract.
